 Having worked in HR for 20 years in the UK and run my own HR and
Coaching consultancy for the last 4 years I have a wealth of experience
in supporting people and businesses in developing their skills and
achieving their desired goals. I am a chartered fellow of the Institute
of Personnel and Development and am a qualified Life Coach and Master
Practitioner of NLP skills that I use to support people’s development
and growth. I also have lived in France for the last 2 years and
understand the emotional upheaval that such a move can make to an
individual and their family life.

By
exploring key areas of your life such as relationships, career, home
life, health, finances, leisure time and confidence I can help you to
clarify your goals and plan the steps you need to take to achieve them.
Using a combination of the latest coaching and Neuro-Linguistic
Programming (NLP) techniques I can help you identify your dreams and
support you in focusing on realising them
Working with me as your coach I will support you in identifying and
removing any barriers or limiting beliefs that are holding you back from
living the life you know you are capable of achieving. I am happy to
work face to face or by phone, in France or in the UK as I make regular
trips to the UK for business
