I have an Open College Network Qualification in Pet Bereavement Counselling which I have had for seven years. My Relate Counselling Qualification is dated 1990. I also taught Basic Counselling Skills to people who worked for Local Council, Police Force and Social Workers.

I am available for counselling online. My speciality is pet bereavement and I did a lot of telephone counselling in England with farmers during the foot & mouth outbreak covering England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales when necessary. I also did a lot of counselling for a local women's' refuge in my local area of Essex, also working with their children. I counselled both drug addicts and alcoholics.

I am available from 9.00 a.m., until 10.00 p.m., I know quite a lot of my work used to come in when people felt particularly vulnerable during the night so, if any emails did come in they would be answered. I guarantee between the hours stated all emails would be answered within three hours of receipt. I am available 7 days a week.
